UniQuip Plus, Inc. is a successful, expanding stocking distributor of electronic components with offices in Boca Raton, Florida USA, Germany and China.
 
We are in search of a motivated individual to fill a full time position in our Boca Raton office. You will work directly with some of the best salespeople in the industry. The department is very active and exciting. We have 15 people in our Boca Raton facility, so a fun and energetic personality is a real plus.

 
Objectives:
 • Maintain UniQuip's core values and principles while managing and growing customer base as well as cultivating and nurturing existing customers
 • Penetrate existing accounts to maximize sales efforts
 • Prospect and develop new accounts from a combination of assigned sales leads and existing contacts via telephone
 • Build positive customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers. 
 
Successful candidates will have:
 • Strong desire to succeed, attention to detail, and the ability to pursue sales goals relentlessly
 • Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and presentation skills
 • High energy
 • Must be results driven, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
 • Strong organizational skills and time management required
 • OEM/CEM and/or distribution sales experience is desirable but not a must
 • Strong and proven success building relationships and loyalty as well as being efficient and effective in customer development
 • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and have the ability to adapt as necessary to client needs
 • Passionate about the success and support of customers, fellow employees and company
